July - August Calendar dates -

• Men’s & Women’s Ministries Family BBQ – Expecting a great turnout for the Men’s and Women’s ministries Family get together  June 27^th at 12:30 PM at Rex and Barbara Gallaher’s in Hansville. Rex’s famous “Shrimp Boil” is on the menu. If you are not a Seafood lover…..there will be plenty of other options.  

• Breakfast Break-away – Saturday August 7th - “The Loft” 18779 Front Street, Poulsbo (above Sheila’s) had great reviews. Will make a return trip. “Favorite Seafood Recipes” will be one of the topics of conversation. Carpools leave from the church at 8:00 AM or just meet us there at 8:30 AM.  See the sign up list at the church.

• Men’s Bible Fellowship – Following a summer break the Tuesday Men’s Fellowship get together’s will resume September 14^th. Sessions host food, conversation and discussion focused on knowing Christ in us through scripture. We are looking for host homes for the Fall quarter (September 15^th  to December 8^th), Winter quarter (January 4^th to March 29^th) and Spring quarter (April 5^th to June 7^th ). Let Tom Jelcick know if you would like to be a host.

·         Men in “His” Service – Here is opportunity to coordinate volunteer helpers serving the needs of fellow church members. This one year volunteer position serves as point of contact for matching Men’s ministry volunteers with emergent needs of Church members. Contact Gary Morris at 638-1112 if you are available to serve.

·        Men’s Retreat 2011 – The Retreat working group is beginning planning for the 2011 “trek” to Pacific Beach Resort and Conference Center January 21, 22 & 23. Mike Latham is serving as coordinator for this annual event. Touch base with Mike if you have idea’s or would like to help Mike put this years program together.
